And each person has there own opinion on why they like each shipping.

Advanceshipping - I like this because even when I was five years old watching Pokemon I did not like Misty and I have no idea why. And I just think May and Ash connect well but still have conflicts.
Ikarishipping - As soon as I saw Paul I knew I would pair him up with Dawn :3 There too cute and something about those two and they react to one another. I love watching those two.
Penguinshipping - Kenny's annoying but eh, it's cute how there childhood friends and Kenny has a crush on Dawn. Cute.
Orangeshipping - I have no idea ...

Thank you for pointing that out. My friends can't believe I'm an orangeshipper when most of them are pokeshippers. But really though Misty in Japan is basically Ash's sister when in the series there are HUGE orangeshipping parts.

Thing is, this show is made popular by kids, therefore there is no/little romance. Also, a lot of things are lost in translation, in the jappanese (I can't spell for crap :P) episodes, Misty is strictly like an older sister to Ash, and has more of a romantic intrest in Tracy, And Drew is more of just a rival to May, so really it's whoever you want that character to be with :)
