I was just watching that movie last night! "Mark of Zorro" (1920). I was already amazed with what Fairbanks Sr. could do, but the moment I saw this very chase scene, I couldn't help but laugh, as it reminded me of THIS!!

That's not Chaplin. It's Douglas Fairbanks Sr., in one of his typical acrobatic swashbuckling roles. He was known for doing his own stunts, no matter how wild or dangerous.
