    maybe so, but we don't climb all day, especially not with huge weights on our backs to make it harder on our joints. when you add weight and frequency into the paradigm, you need to make certain adaptations to prevent injury. just because your muscles can handle lifting twice your bodyweight in a particular position doesn't mean your joints can.

    Elliott recommended in another video that a guy who had spinal surgery do deadlifts. It's a little crazy.

    Many thanks for the movie. Really enjoy Youtube for this kind of information.

    My best friend was previously bullied. He explained he was about to get bigger. I didn't believe him. But then out of the blue he packed on 40 pounds of full-strength lean muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible - look for it in Google. Nobody dares to intimidate the man anymore. :)

    I personally signed up a few days ago. And the mans emails are fucking excellent...

    any chest or lat exercise performed with an overhand grip will eventually cause shoulder injuries. any upright rowing exercise or behind the neck press exercise will eventually cause shoulder injuries. any form of deadlift will eventually cause lumbar injuries. i know this from my chiropractor, my general practitioner, and from personal experience from 29 years of lifting. even doctor squat says that people shouldn't do deadlifts if they're not powerlifters. some exercises are just plain bad.
