Great version by Bon Jovi. Probably the best interpretation of Leonard Cohen's song is done by the Canadian k.d. Lang. Several of her versions can be found on YouTube. Check it out.
She is the one who sang Crying with Roy Orbison. Great stuff, also available on YouTube.
