it's a taylor ns 52 ce, a nylon string guitar, he named it "freshness"
but he also plays a few ns72ce 's and some western guitars, like the 714ce and the 612ce i think
he has all kind of guitars taylor produces, the latest one is his jason mraz signature model, which's basic guitar is the ns72ce
