Giuliani owes the victims & families of 911 the cheque for $10,000,000.00 that Al Waleed handed to him to accept on their behalf. Giuliani HANDED THE CHEQUE BACK. No, I have yet to see any because nobody has presented any facts. Blaming the media as your excuse for not having any proof is weak. There were countries that hated Bush and would have done anything they could to crush him if they would have had any evidence, you can bet they would have presented it.
