@kharmakreep I found a tab for it. it was called 'c rag' in the tab booklet and credited to rev. Davis. I don't know if it goes by any other names

ernie hawkings has a dvd teaching C-Rag along with maple leaf rag and dont let my baby catch you here. its a great dvd but its advance finger picking stlye took me 2 days to learn C-Rag fingers hurting much
