Hot Hawaiian Surf

Boogie Board surfing clips taken from the Kapahulu Groin (seawall) near Kuio Beach in Waikiki. I shot this over the course of 2 trips to the area this past weekend. I used my Canon S5 iS still camera that has a video option on it. This is the camera that I have been using to make other videos shown in my stream.

So like it took several hours each day to get the shots - many clips were shot - only a few made the cut, with many having to be edited and re-cut. Took several hours.

Next searched for some music, found some at GarageBand.com - layred the music over the video clips - assembled with Apple's iMovie software (which I am still learning) on my MacBook Pro laptop. Tweaked more of the clips, added a couple of still photos, opening and closing titles and tweaked some of the audio.

Many hours later I have the finished movie here. Enjoy!
