How to get: After you fight Lucemon CM in Goom Volcano, if you press Z correctly, thenyou'll fight Daemon.

Strategy:
When in first turn, cast Assist Skill and Autolife skill.. If you have enough OD Points, either cast "Dark Firaja", Draco Meteor, or "Kaizo Tundaja". There's a small rate for Daemon to cast "Stayze" which kills all the party. Also, Daemon is really slow, which makes easier to kill him.

Recommended Level: 40 or above.

Also, you can rebattle him after beating the game =)
