He is nice because he is being paid to be. this guy is the second person to play the part of AWK. He is an ACTOR. He has admitted it in youtube videos. He doesn't write his own music, everything from the white jeans and bloody T-shirt to his long hair are all part of a corporate creation to sell T-shirts and cds. The partyhard follow your dreams stuff is just an image and slogan to get people to hand over money.
His whole message is a lie.

FranzBrolo...do you realize how ridiculous that sounds? I mean, it may be true to some degree, but it is still ridiculous. And if it is a big plan to sell T-shirts and cds, it is a good and successful plan, because most consumers really enjoy those t-shirts and cds. A profit motive does not make "the message" a lie. I mean, people occasionally go to the store to buy a bible...maybe a poor example, but maybe you get my point. Maybe not, though.
