Bangers and Mash

Ingredients:
8 sausages (I used bratwurst)
2 Tablespoons oil
1/2 cup water
1 red onion sliced
2 red delicious apples or cox apples
1 Tablespoons flour
2/3 cup red wine (150ml)
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce

1 package brown gravy mix (optional)
1 1/2 cups water (optional)

Mashed potatoes to serve; I also had green beans with it.

This was very good and different for me, I loved it!
