is it best to use a 7-foot bar for this exercise, rather than a 6-foot or 5-foot bar? is there a advantage to using a 7-foot bar for this exercise?

1. Head is extended during motion therefore increased risk of cervical and lower back injury
2. Shoulder blades are not retracting in the way they should be as they are anteriorly-tilted and downward rotated
3. Humerus extend to far past the body therefore putting all the strain on the upper traps and totally neglect the rhomboids.
Correct me if i m wrong !
