Me playing this fantastic stirring mini masterpiece by the legendary John Williams. This play outs to the equally stunning scene where Harry rides a friendly winged monster over Hogwarts and surrounding landscape in 'Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban'.

It is not particularly difficult to play, and I used the official piano score to the movie by John Williams. I altered certain parts to suit my own tastes and for pianistic merit.

Hope you enjoy, thanks for listening ;)

  • @UKpiano how long did it take you to learn this?

  • @MorgaPop not too long, pieces like this only take a matter of hours to put together, longer to get to performance standard though, this is a fairly easy piano piece you must remember, I also added in bits and pieces of my own rather than sticking completely to the original sheets.

  • ugh. today i was told that i am a sad, depressing person. this music really helps; thanks so much for showing it to us, @UKpiano.

  • @pianissimo5 who told you that? they dont sound like a very nice person so dont listen to them.

  • i press play. i close my eyes. my heart feels noticeable as the low frequency sound waves stimulate my senses. a feeling of greatness. capability and inspiration. passion for music. passion for life. goosebumps as the complex, yet pristine piece warms me up. it's so well planned out. so effective with beauty. only those who appreciate it this much deserves to play it. high and low notes simultaneously correspond with the perfectness. touched by this music that excels in all greatness, literally

  • @aligh18 This is what I want to get across to people, thank you for your thoughful and highly reflective/insightful comment.
