Try this one on ME Upper Body Day...the incredible instability of the bar, coupled with the thickness of the bar, makes it a great triceps, shoulder & forearm strengthener!! (FYI, it's MUCH harder than it looks.)

  • Outstanding... works the balancer muscles, not to mention that that is a heck of a lot of weight. I would try it but I don't have that piece of gear where I work out. Are there any substitutes at all?
