@Dustupajee I am a charitable person, I will try to do my best to help persons who are needy, but I am certainly not socialist. Look, in Germany 52 % of the federal budget (!!!!) is spent on the social welfare system. Did it help to fight social problems?? No, quite the opposite. This system made many people dependent on social welfare.

@joaquinveyron What I find fascinating is that when Baader Meinhof gang started their champaign, there were similar violent student reactions (so called revolution) all over the world...in France, Parts of Asia including INdia, where students of high merit were driven by Maoism and started violent movement (its called Naxalite movement).

@joaquinveyron That is what I say the hypocrisy of the communist. Seriously I am a person of socialist mindset, but really haven't met a communist who have openly criticized Afgan invasion by the soviets or China's occupation of TIBET....Frankly the present political situation in the globe is so confusing, I do not know what to believe.

@Dustupajee "imperial forces that has been threatening global peace in a calculated manner past seventy years. " I can't see this point. Apart from the US led operations in Iraq and Afghanistan all (well many of most of the operations) carried out by the US during the past 70 years were justified and for good reasons. If it hadn't been for the US, the WW2 may have been won by Hitler, the USSR would have occupied Korea, SEA, South America, Africa and Western Europe.

@Dustupajee The ideologic distortion of the RAF didn't know no limits. Anybody who disagreed with them, called their actions injust, crimes or stupid, anybody who was in business or politics, was a "fascist or imperialist capitalist pig". That's how they planned to "better the society" and "revolutionize" the world?? That's how they planned to make the world "free and just" by inserting ignorance, stupidity, intolerance and violence???
-
@Dustupajee The consideration you have about 9/11 and the US led war on terrorism seem to be justified, but they have nothing to do with the crimes and the mental confusion of the RAF (not only bcs this wouldn't be possible for timely reasons anyhow).
-
@Dustupajee The RAF hated the political system in Germany. For what reasons?? Bcs Germany was a democracy where everybody could express his view publicly?? Bcs Germany was a free and social market economy that became the most successful economy in Europe after WW2?? If they loved revolution and communism so much, why didn't they emmigrate to their communist brothers in the USSR or GDR?? Bcs they were the most hypocrite, confused and dishonest persons ever.

@Dustupajee But we are discussing issues that are not at hadn here, anyhow. The issue at hand is the RAF and its motives (if there were any at all that really were thought through). On wiki you find as motives armed resistance and proletarian revolution. Resistance against what and for what reasons?? So a little bit of opposition to the Vietnam war, a little bit of revolutionary dreaming?? That's it?? If you are only half the honest and sincere person I consideryou, you would hat the RAF.
I try and will choose my words carefully:
I have some sympathies for the RAF, First generation only.
I know they murdered innocent people, but they also has some cool ideologies.
I espcially dislike the 2ns generation. They went too far by killing schleyer, Buback and Ponto and Hijacking that plane...
But still, the RAF is a myth that will live forever...
