The sound guy is consistently 10 seconds late. The Nazi male dancers are all over the shop. The lighting manager needs resuscitating. The orchestra is struggling with the leads bad timing. His efforts are not bad though timing aside. But Hitler singing "Every Ting I do", is pretty rough.

My first reaction is that I see quite a few casting issues. And the heil myself is way too slow, and lacks energy.
