yes...i was at mohegan sun in CT recently and i was drunk and wanted to hold up a 37 floor elevator it would only let you press 5 floors at a time...

its somthing that was programed in the elevators but most of the ones I go on dont do that none of the oness that Ive been on do it but there is a hack hold door close and your floor for 5 sec and it will skip the outside call and go straight to your floor but it wont skip the inside calls
