National Public Health Week: A Story of Cooperation

http://www.mda.state.mn.us April 2-8 is National Public Health Week. The American Public Health Association sets aside this week each year to remind Americans about the importance of public health in their lives. In conjunction with this observance, Gov. Mark Dayton has proclaimed April 2-8 Public Health Recognition Week in Minnesota.

Hear from Minnesota Department of Health Commissioner Ed Ehlinger and Department of Agriculture Commissioner Dave Frederickson on the cooperation between the two agencies, and how the collaberation works to ensure a healthy and safe Minnesota.
