Agree with Mikey and Ilscozzese - you can do more to avoid issues like that. Stay in the flow of traffic and overtake when safer and away from the proximity of junctions.

@downfader2 Traffic often crawls here, there's plenty of room to filter, and it's very rare that anything ever turns left here, and as you can see, when it did happen I managed to stop ok, even though my front brakes are buggered/not working (fix tuesday). On top of that the cars were all tailgating each other so I would have had difficulty entering the traffic.

And the cab driver was a c***, I think it was a smidgaf not a smidsy.

@downfader2 Also, this is leading to a small roundabout with lots of turning traffic, filtering on the right would be downright dangerous here, I've filtered on the left here hundreds of times without any problems at this roundabout (I do take primary if it's safe to do so).

I hate to do this, but I find it hard to blame the AL driver there with your undertake. I'm not sure how much past him you got, but it looked to be level with him.

@CyclingMikey I had been cycling down this stretch, and me and the cab had passed each other 5+ times so he should have known to check... And the road is 2 lanes here - would you not shoulder check when crossing the lane? This cabbie was either a crap driver who pays no attention to the road or he has a grudge against cyclists imho.

Just checked the full video, this is his 3rd crap pass of me in the space of 3 minutes!!

This is a one lane which goes into 2 lanes at the mini roundabout . Left lane for left right lane for straight or right. You should have hit him would have Been His fault

@kie7077 Fair enough if it's two lanes, it just looks like one lane on the video. I like to stay behind demonstrably crap drivers if possible.
