These Shona tribal dancers welcomed us to Zimbabwe as we left the airport at Victoria Falls. Theirs was the first of an unending series of donation baskets we saw. With 98% unemployment, Zimbabwe is facing devastating poverty, awaiting the departure of Robert Mugabe. Although we found few beggars, every several yards along the streets, someone offers to be a guide or sell you something. It's truly heart-breaking! We only regretted that we could not do more.
