TARUS 5 Axis High Speed Claymill, Equipped with Linear Motors and Tarus new 12,000 RPM Water Cooled Milling Spindle.




Maximum feed-rate during the rough milling was 50 meters per minute.

Of course 5 axis milling with a Flat Endmill cutter is also possible as is milling of foam and resin up to 700 KG / m^3 density.

The installed CNC system is from Fidia, others available from Tarus, Bosch, Siemens, Fanuc and Heidenhain.

This machine is of lighter construction than a typical 5 axis mill, and can be installed on a regular concrete floor without a concrete foundation. A surface plate is not required for milling if a dedicated milling fixture is installed for the models.
