Superb playing by Jimmy Rosenberg and band at the Bimhuis, Amsterdam, 26th july 2007. He looks and plays as sharp as ever. Here he's playing Ellington's 'It Don't Mean A Thing, If It Ain't Got That Swing'. Don't forget to check the other clips from this concert too, they're just as brilliant. Jimmy Rosenberg definitely is BACK!

Yeah, this definitely would have been better without the drummer, but I actually think he spends most of his time BEHIND the beat. Around :38 he gets so far behind that his backbeat starts to sound like a rushed downbeat! Either way, though, it totally distracted me from some pretty stunning guitar playing. I just learned about this guy- amazing story, amazing player!
