the other day, I was patiently waiting in the drive through at starbucks, the lady puts me on hold forgets i was there for 5 minutes still patiently waiting, finally comes back on takes my order, apologizes tells me to come around for my total gives me the most expensive drink on my order for free because she forgot about me, and a free drink next visit coupon of any size. patience is always best :D without patience you end up like this girl who figures out first hand Karma is a bitch lol

There was once a lady in the que in front of me at the checkout who was demanding to pay for 50 pence of sweets for her child with a £50 note...the shop keeper...a little old lady who was a friend of mine said she didn't have enough change. The woman totally went in to one screaming about how she only came in here to get change.
I knew the shop keeper couldn't risk calling her a name...so I simply said to the customer...'bitch'...she looked at me shocked & left lol. Who does she think she is?!

I don't get why some ppl are trying to blame starbucks. This girl is a spoiled bitch, point blank. No coffee, cheeseburger, shirt, or any other material crap is worth throwing a tantrum like that over. What if the drink she threw at the worker got in that person's eyes? Then she'd be going to jail and ruined that person's eyesight. It's seriously not that important. And if a cup of coffee is worth hurting someone over you need to reevaluate your life.
