This tutorial shows how to install Vidiscript and IonCube loader on a Windows XAMPP 1.7 XP or Vista web server. You must already have ffmpeg, ffmpeg-php, and the rest already installed prior to proceeding with this tutorial. See my tutorial on how to do that if you need to install those.

  • @kirk868 Check your configuration. Maybe your php.ini is located in c:/windows/
