NFL Draft: Aaron Curry Interview, Seattle Seahawks

http://nflbiz.blogspot.com - Of all the players invited to the 2009 NFL Draft, Wake Forest Linebacker Aaron Curry is one you just want to root for. Curry's got this "I'm just happy to be here" look and when NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell called his name as the 4th pick in the Draft going to the Seattle Seahawks, he cried. He was just plain happy to have the entire ride over with and delighted to "get to the mountaintop" as he said later.

How can you say he's a bust? 2nd year player that is second on the team in tackles. Making huge improvements. He gets into the backfield, forces fumbles, and fills run gaps. Going to be a pro bowler in a year or two.

I really hate this type of comment. First off, American Football is balls to the wall pure awesome. Rugby is also completely awesome. We should as fans of sport appreciate all world games. European football, baseball, whatever. All great in their own way. We should be happy that sports are all now gaining world recognition. For instance, we just got a pro 'soccer' team in Seattle. I love it. Can't get enough. So here's to sport and those who love it. Plain and simple
