This is another incredible video, and I just wonder of one thing I noticed that I'm curious of your opinion on. I saw in the shots with your bach (I'm guessing) that you had a sort of pistol grip (pinky below the third valve slide) and then with your monette (another guess) you had a 'conventional' grip. Do you have any words on this? Thanks

@bingcrosby1903 To fight the tendency to use unnecessary pressure, I use a slightly different grip for lead playing, just to keep my brain in check.

when he said play down as you go up, would major and chromatics work going up and down he is really good and sounds like a very cool dude, and i like his mouthpiece on his silver horn, it looks almost like it is rubber.
