@Theziz8 You know, you're right. At the time, I was so obsessed with Avatar that I might as well have made it a religion. It was bad. Very bad. And way unhealthy. I took it to a ridiculous level. I still love Avatar, but fortunately, I've calmed down quite a bit since then. Thank for you calling me on that, though.

@Pevensify Sounds like you made it a religion my friend , and you're wrong but you're right about the awesomeness of this series.

Actually, even though its still technically censoring, I thought it was very clever and interesting the way they dealt with Ozai. Think of it, even if they DID kill him, where would we be? Zuko would never find out about his mom, and Aang would only learn that the world is a cruel and terrible place.

Really good:)

Someone should combine this with the Crysis 2 theme. I recognize some of this in the C2 theme, lol.

@nilepwnsu I can definitely see where you're coming from with that. I knew about Ozai, and I also happen to know that they didn't actually show Jet die for the same reason. I agree that it would have been a little more interesting had Aang killed Ozai, sacrificing his morals and accepting that the airbender culture and everything else about them was just gone. I think it could have been an interesting and though provoking ending.

@Pevensify I 99% agree, it being clean was one of the problems in my opinion. The only reason Aang did not kill the firelord is because Nickelodeon wouldn't approve it (It's true they were planning on the fire lord dying). It's kinda ridiculous too since kids today are used to seeing more blood and gore through video games, yet the sensitivity for this has gotten a lot stricter. It's still one of the coolest shows though :D
@LemonDancer I agree. There are a lot of good TV series out there, but none quite like Avatar. It's unique and groundbreaking in its own ways. I think one of the things I love most about Avatar is that it's such a fantastic story, with profound character development, beautiful animation, and a timeless message, all while remaining CLEAN. It can be enjoyed by all ages. In today's age, that's a real rarity.

This entire series makes me want to be a better person. Messages and life lessons, morals and the qualms within them. All beautiful and conflicting. This show makes my heart beat slow down. I cannot wait for the new series to come out.
