El Condor Pasa was played in Andean villages on wedding celebrations, baptisms and so on by native americans in Bolivia long before Alomia Robles from Peru was even born. Back in the day Bolivia didn't issue birth certificates, much less Copy Rights for music, this makes it highly controversial considering Alomia Robles registered the song after touring Bolivia, exclusively looking for new rythms, styles, songs.
