I am actually quite stunned that my first attempt at Mad Men vidding is a Joan/Roger video. My OTP for this amazing show is Pete/Peggy but there was something about Joan and Roger in season three that really made me love them. Both are married to different people but there is an unbelievable chemistry between the two of them, especially when they have scenes together that are strictly "friendship"-based. I think I cheered out loud when Roger called Joan in 3x13 and she finally got to be back in her element.

Honestly, this week has been unbelievably awful and incredibly emotionally draining and I'll be so glad when a new one starts. I really just wanted to create something small as a distraction and I knew I could chuck something small together for these two pretty fast. Amongst other things, I've spent most of the week sitting in front of my Mac editing a Documentary and Music Video for Uni...mega stressful.

When my life calms down and Uni ends for the semester, I will be making quite a few more Mad Men videos. I absolutely adore this show, it is so beautiful and elegant. Pete/Peggy especially are my favourite thing about the show and I can't wait to put something together for them.

Side note, I finally figured out how to do that "only one colour is colour and the rest of the image is black and white" thing! :)
