PROBLEM SOLVED. THANKS TO DAVIDSFARM, IT WAS A VAC HOSE THAT CAME OFF. 1992 Pontiac Lemans 1.6L TBI. Had bad wires on it, changed them. Problem that I thought it was is still here with the new wires. Power diminished, fuel economy down a little, exhaust smells dirtier than it should. Temp doesn't matter, always on start up. Re-gapped plugs (they were way off), new fuel filter, new t-belt, plugs are newer.
