How to draw a horse tutorial part 1

Someone requested this video. They said not to speed it, so it might be a little boring. I'm only 13 and have never taken art lessons. I'm a lot better on paper.
Please no harsh comments.

I start with Microsoft Paint to draw the basic outline. Then move on to GIMP 2 to shade. Free download at http://www.gimp.org/downloads/

Are you doing something with the pensal? mine get so thin and yours is thick and perfekt. And when you draw the horse, the red is perfect. When i draw mine, i have to go back and forth to make it right.. am i doing something wrong?

When drawing the basic outline, there's no need to be neat. Just make a shape to follow with the main outline. It's fine to make it right.
