The much anticipated public flying debut of the only original and fully restored flying Focke Wulf FW190A in the world. Also some shots of the FHC's Bf109 which flew together with the FW190 for "Luftwaffe Day."

  • They fly all their flyable planes every summer. Check FHC's website for schedules.

  • Yup, this was the one found in a wooded bog in northern Russia, something like 15 years ago.

Yes, the flight schedule is available on the website. Each aircraft only goes up a few times a year, so hope that it doesn't rain. They're supposed to add a new IL-2 and a Zero to the flight schedule this year.

  • Man, I wish I could have seen that... Do you think they'll fly them again next year? If so, do they post a flight schedule?

Yes, this is the forest Fw190 after many years of work.

  • the FW 190 with its wide gear would have been ideal for the German Aircraft Carrier Graf Zeppelin unlike the Me109.

  • is this the forest find one?
