(2/50) "Miss Halfway" - Anya Marina (cover) | Raven Zoë

The second song in my 50 in 2012 series is a cover of Anya Marina's "Miss Halfway". The song struck a chord with me just because of what it's about. A girl feeling like all of her friends are being successful and she's stuck in a stupid job, waiting for things to go her way. It's basically a song that I think anyone who is even slightly insecure can relate to.

I didn't have a set plan of what to do for this video so I basically just locked myself up in my studio and turned on the camera. This is what came out of that footage. I like to think of this video as a sort of video self portrait. A gpoy, if you will.

Try not to take it too seriously. Hope you like it.
