  • What do you mean when you say you eat zero protein? I want to begin being vegan but I want to know the right way.

  • @ImpossibleIsNothin There is some, but very little protein in fruits. I eat majority of my calories from fruit. I'm going pretty close to the 80 10 10 diet by doug graham. it's 80 percent carbs 10% fat 10% protein. There are a ton of people promoting all kinds of different vegan diets out there and i've tried them all. 80 10 10 is the best one for me and for everyone human being in my not so humble opinion

  • Glad to see it's working for you, you look great. If you run alot you will tend to be on the leaner side, if you lift more weights you will tend to carry more bulk. I have been eating raw chia seeds, great protein and esstential fatty acids. Check them out.

  • hey hey! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my friend got great Six pack abs and lost a ton of fat with it.

    It's nice that you follow 80/10/10 - I myself mostly follow it and when I do it well, I feel fantastic. Glad to see there's more of us.

    no they don't.

    If I was starving and there was only meat around, I would eat the meat. But I wouldn't change my opinions about a raw vegan diet.

    You are not going to STARVE on a raw vegan diet, IF you do it right. I eat 17 fruits a day and some vegetables. That is not starving. Starving is eating 1 apple a day and that is it.

    a plant based diet doesn't mean one without meat. Because apes are frugivores-they include small amounts of meat in their diet but are eating a diet rich in fruit and vegetables. But overeating meat like we do in America, I don't think we were meant to do that.

    Carnivore doesn't seem right if you look at the physiology. The correct diet should match up with the physiology.

    We came from a plant based diet. You need to study the human physiology.

  • Hello there! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • do you eat greens? i read that greens are super important for minerals and omega 3s and they contain high amounts of protein? i read the book, Green for Life, and it's awesome! Eating greens makes me feel more even with emotions and energy...i make green smoothies with raw apple juice, bananas and 1/2 lb at a time of greens! i believe the 80 10 10 thing is good too...i eat too much fat with nuts...i have more energy when i eat less fat. i eat 100 percent raw most of the time too...
