  • why is this the best song to ever exist

  • I gotta say this..being 14..I wish I had been born sooner to watch them live...

  • what a song, im all nostalgic here listening to this

  • i love occasional fragile bits of grandaddy. the words to this are great and the metre of them - the way he sings 'most ty-pi-cly my dreams are dread-fully boring' is fantastic. ten plus years on i still stick this on little car compies for myself...the smallest, greatest grandaddy/lytle track.

  • @mjd612 so what did you think of the song? I'd like to know.

  • Their music is art, most music nowadays is drivel, no emotion. I'm glad they're not well heard of because then their art would be trivialised and lost. Probably my favourite band.

  • yeah, grandaddy's music is very moving, I love it, they were a bunch of geniuses, I will miss them

  • Ha! Thanks for putting that word 'gayfer' into context for me, onegnometorule, it didn't even register with me when the comment was posted! That sort of comment often comes from some sort of insecurity, so I share your pity. It's probably wasted, though.

  • Mjd612, I pity you. Reaction at total odds with everything Jason Lytle stands for.
