INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
1Kg Bag of Mixed Dried Fruit (Currents, Raisins, Mixed Citrus Peel etc)
600ml Chocolate Milk
2 Cups of Self Raising Flour
(or use Plain Flour and add 2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder)
2 Tablespoons of Apricot Jam (melted)
Assorted Nuts and Dried Fruit (for decorating)
Preparation Time: About 10 mins (plus chilling time)
Cooking Time: About 2.5 hours
Serves 10+
ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC

@1rencel Yes you can freeze it. Once the cake is completely cool, wrap it in a layer of plastic kitchen wrap (cling film) and then a layer of foil. The cake can be frozen for up to 6 months ;)
