Obnoxious Protest at Successful Choice School

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker, the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program, and the students and staff at Messmer Preparatory Catholic School were all targets of an obnoxious protest on Friday, August 26, 2011.

From this report by the MacIver News Service, it is clear the protesters (Union members, socialists, MPS officals, liberal activists) could learn a lot by emulating the behavior of the children inside the school.

This video is prime example of why I loathe teacher's unions. I guess they would prefer black kids go to shitty schools in the ghetto and not learn a damn thing so they can be dependant on welfare their whole lives just to preserve the interests of the union.

If you support Freedom and Liberty-Vote right to work. No one should be forced into a union and be forced to pay union dues to a job of their choice. After all it is either the taxpayers or companies that pay your bills, not the Unions.

@JustinStrife So you judge an entire group of people based on the actions of some members of the group, such as having unsafe sex (Bristol Palin, John Edwards), are promiscuous (Tiger Woods) and don't have the capacity to breed (sterile and post-menopausal heterosexuals). By that reckoning, heteros are just as bad. Don't be so Stalinist - i.e. condemning all members of a group collectively -- there is nothing more foul and anti-American than ascribing collective guilt. Shame on you!

Hey teachers and union reps, instead of trying to hinder the progress of a successful school, wouldn't it make more sense to use your passion and resources to work together with any successful school to better education for EVERYONE. Instead of trying to reverse what has been signed into law. Brush it off and lets all move forward. Oh and has anyone checked into if Larry Miller of MPS was on the clock for this protest, if so , I don't want my tax dollars paying for him to protest
