  • @Felon98 There isn't an exercise in this world that "tones" a muscle. You can stress a muscle, leading to it growing in size, and you can lower your bodyfat%, so your muscles are more visible.

    However, whether you do pushups, bench press, or chest dips, the result will be hypertrophy in your pectorals. No shaping, no toning, just increase in size.

  • i do this with a back pack with wieght in it. it requires more balance than a normal push up and i feel my abs sore the next day its great.
