Kingshighway hip/launch ramp construction March 21

on march 21 we built the first part of the hip/ mega ramp, which will be skateable probadly by the time you see this, thanks to everyone who showed up to help

And also @the1deavon: Why are you and the rest of the dudes I saw there doin drugs I personaly like this park and i dont want it shut down because the city saw some morons doin drugs,its not fair to us straight people who wanna skate and have a good time.

DIY is taking off. Check out a video of Mike V and a park in DC. They built a bowl by taking used tires and filling them with dirt to form the transitions. Lots of used tires lying around. Check out Green Skate Lab.

do you know any other abandoned lots i stl where I could build one of these? not trying to take your locals or dissin your park its just that my friends and i want to make a difference and build a park.

my ymca skate camp direct. helped work on this i was skating on the news this park rocks!
