So using Truvia doesn't cause dumping? Becasue Erythitol is a sugar alcohol which causes dumping.

@macberly Sugar alcohols do not cause dumping.  They cause gastric distress, quite often, gas/diarrhea, but not dumping in a WLS patient.

the nice thing about stevia and truvia is that not only is it sweet, but there is ongoing research that has shown evidence that they cause your pancreas to produce insulin as well as regulate your blood sugar levels, so eat away, it's sweet, yet it's GOOD FOR YOU (GASP)

Thanks!! I tried it before surgery and loved it...then after surgery it didn't taste that good to me...However, I think my taste buds are getting a little back to normal,so I'm going to try it again...Have a good one:)
