IF I ever get through to someone, I'll be closing every CHASE acct I have.

It's called a call que. To expect millions of live agents to answer right when you call is unrealistic. When they are backed u that is just life. The ques may suck, but it will be this way forever, until it gets even more congested. Then it will be wose. There is no realistic way of changing it..

now imagine a walmart BUT there is a 'PVC' component there. Anyway, I've only given you about 30% of the entire picture when it comes to 'chase bank' especially when it comes to others. I think of walmart, which similarly hires, but justifiably so, many low and bottom talent. They are having massive discrimination issues.
