augfive haven't you already gone on like two other Bon Iver videos and said complete bullshit? do you seriously have nothing better to do than to come and talk shit on someone who you obviously just can't compare to? do yourself and everyone a favor and just leave it alone, if you don't like Bon Iver that's fine, i can respect that, it's just not for everyone but don't go talking shit about their musicianship and lyrical abilities.

Agreed. But it took me a long time to come to that realization. It seems as though those most concerned with technicality in music are beginner musicians. You reach a certain point at which you understand that songwriting is more important than speed or complexity. Most of my skilled musician friends who play in orchestras and things listen to stuff like Bon Iver, not The Dillinger Escape Plan.
