hey..so my laptop has a virus and the windows was corrupted.i sent it to the store where i bought and they format my laptop.the thing is,after formatting, they named my user account as 'User' and it bugs me off to the max.i wanted my old username and i know rename it only do a little changes.

i know that we cant delete the account where you log in,so is there a secret way i can delete the only user account on my laptop??

i started thinking the only way is to format my laptop again..!

I do this process on XP but i keep files because i have a virus on the user account so.... when i click delete the window just sits there , the computer is running like its doing something but i cant see any loading bars or anything telling me that the computer is deleting the account? .... If i have alot of files on the account would it normally take a whlle ? .... should i just leave it to work away or what? plz answer asap :) thnks
