You know something? I wish Claire had told him she loved him. And Iw ish he'd told her the same thing. It makes me so freakin' sad cause they were the best couple of the show. I hate Jate and Skate because they seem too commercial for me. Charlie and Claire were precious.

@divinesynder I know... i dont get it.... Charlie died because desmound had a prediction that he would save claire and the baby and ( spoilers ahead )
Well he said that in the vision that claire and the baby got on a helicopter to be rescued... kate stole Araron and later claire and a bunch of other people got on the plane... no helicopter

almost 4 years ago, wow! this scene still makes me cry :( they were the cutest couple on the show.. how sad!
I miss Lost, that is I miss Charlie and Claire actually!

He didn't say "i love you" to Claire because he wanted to make it seem like he would be coming back. If he said i love you now, it would mean goodbye. He doesn't want her to worry let alone know this is the last time she will see him, otherwise she wouldn't let him go. Even though I wanted him to say it more than anything I can see why he didn't. Man this scene is so sad, I get tears every time.
