The L - Chapter Two
Sex, Love, & Marriage (in the "ideal" city)
2,000 years ago Plutarch wrote his Dialogue on Love and I feel today what he discusses is still relevant. How do Sex, Love, & Marriage go together? Can you have marriage without love? Is there anything more important that sense gratification? Can you be obliged to have sex for the benefit of the state?
