    This is all set in seattle 7 years after the last game and the new main character is Delsin Rowe and he has the ability to absorb the powers of other conduits.

    This is the good ending after 7 years, somehow conduits survived the RFI blast, which was supposed to kill all bearers of the conduit gene.(Good ending=canon)they could do something about how the gene doesn't develop until a certain age, as Deslin is 24 years old, but then all of the other conduits would have to be around his age. He is in no way related to Cole though.
