Yes you can do it but the tinder has to be held up cause the light bounces off he used a magnifying glass as well but this is a demonstration and its not little squelling kids nomnomnomin a chocolate bar wial buffing the can lols

Obviously FAKE, he didn't even bother to hide the shadow of the magnifying glass....
Which is a pity, because it's not particularly difficult to do, if you have the patience to polish the can properly.
