.....a Tsp. of frontal light would help.
Your pizza/club rolls are great, Being lazy/orthodox I buy the Lean Cousine version. I have done this with 1/2 a pita bread (circle). Lightly olive oil one side except edge. Sauce/cheese/seasoning and nuke to melt cheese. No oil on edge gives a crispy edge and oiled center stays on the soft side.
Remember "Let there be light"! in your video.

Bill This was one of my first videos, I have tested a few different ways of lighting. Have gotten a little better. Thanks for the comment. I have never tried the pita bread for pizza, great idea!!!

This is a quick and easy supper. My children love it. We experimented with different breads, Frencdh, Italian, and others.. very user friendly.
