Frightening UFO sighting 1980s

This scary video, taken in the late 80s by a buch of unsuspecting teenagers has been reviewed by the US government. Many people worldwide consider this as undeniable proof of the existance of extraterrestrial beings. In the first few seconds, some sort of alien code apparently flashes on the screen. No scientist has been able to translate this message, or even identify it as a language of this earth, many, however, think it will become a modern day rosseta stone, allowing us to translate their otherworldly language.
