@trailrunner733t Wow, look...its a pot calling a kettle black. Go drink your "real" beer and if you have time after that, kill yourself!!

Fixed gears and drinking PBR, don't you get tired of being a walking cliche? Drink some fucking real beer for christ's sake.

How much would 300 inch pounds be?
I do it myself...I just go until I no longer can.

@justburrus I've got a few Peugeots on the table right now too. French bb's are getting harder and harder to find. Sheldon Brown has some info specific to French bikes if you haven't checked there already:
That is the link to the bb's but I'm sure you can explore around and find more parts. Let me know how it goes - I'm constantly on the look-out for French parts.

Hahaha fuck yea PBR all day and Lake Tahoe your talking to someone that lives in Reno nevada

First off, this video series is really helpful. I'm in the process of fixing an indentical Peugeot frame like the one you're building in this series. My questions:
What bottom bracket are you using and where can I get one? Will any English threaded one work?
Thanks and keep putting out the info videos,
Justburrus

Hey... will oil do?
i have a soma hellyer crankset & their website recommends using a 110 bb. My local LBS advised me to get a 107mm bb... any suggestions??? thanks & i love your vids!

@lanzotv I would recommend asking your lbs (in a polite, and humble, possibly even respectful tone (it's super annoying to be a professional bike mechanic, and have some one talk to you like you're a moron because they read something different on a blog, etc.(you may even want to bring an animal sacrifice of some sort))) why they would suggest a 107 over a 110. It may be that that would fit your particular frame better. The manufacturer's suggestion is mostly a good bet for frames in general.

Is 350 square inch pounds standard for all crank arms? Should I tighten it to that no matter what make it is?

@wazzawazza73 Yes, that is standard, unless its marked differently.
